I used that question as an opportunity to tell my story of buying pizza for a plane full of pizza a number of years ago. The part that I leave out is I missed breakfast that day and was hungry as hell while we were waiting for everything to get squared away.
So your idea of "customer Service" to to buy pizza for a "plane full of pizza"?

Hmm...…...I'm liking the hamburger story better; it seems more plausible.

Im with you.

The bar is now set for all of us. 2 hr delay = the left seat buying food for the plane. Its the least we can do for the customers.

Does this only apply at the regional level though? Is this something I can upgrade out of?
