High degree of impact on department customer perception. Position will have full responsibility for the efficient and compliant scheduling of two large-cabin airplanes and three helicopters and in providing usage and compliance reporting to<br />senior management. &nbsp;Position requires individual with proven collaborative skills, including operational experience in complex operations. Knowledge of aviation terminology and scheduling practices including flight crew duty/rest, weather, airport/heliport, and IRS and SEC reporting requirements. Works with all department managers regarding primary responsibilities and acts as department liaison to senior executive administrative assistants with regard to aircraft/ground scheduling<br />requirements and problem resolution. Primary interface with external flight scheduling software vendor.
