I mean, technically it could be for some people. As a non union shop everybody can negotiate their own salary. Or is there kind of an unwritten contract that everyone gets paid the same there?

SADA negotiates a pay contract on behalf of the Dispatchers. Everybody is paid the same and the current contract started January 1, 2017. Prior to that the pay was $15.68.

Anyone successfully scheduled an interview yet? I received an email last week to schedule an interview in Las Vegas but I haven't gotten any further information (date and time, flights, exact location, etc).

I did the self recorded video interview questions... Still waiting to hear about a next step.

SkyWest seemed to move at their own pace. I applied, got a email 2 weeks later with the video interview, and then an email a bit after that for an in person in Vegas in two weeks.

I didn’t even make it to the in person interview before I had another offer.
