I completed a phone interview with netjets last week, and was offered an in-person interview for August 21st two days ago. I've read several write-ups on the interview process. I get the impression it's largely about seeing that you have a good demeanor/Good customer service skills. It seems technical questions are very few. I also heard that if you are called back for the day 2 portion of the interview it's no long a SIM but rather a "leadership" interview. All this said, I know a few of you here are at NJ, and any comments on what the best way to prep would be appreciated. Thanks much!
