    Jet Professionals, LLC Manhattan, New York:<BR /><p>&nbsp;The Global Travel Program Analyst will be responsible for the following key global travel program components:<br /></p><ul><li>Provide logistical and administrative support to the Executive Travel Services Team</li><li>Strong focus on service delivery and familiarization with private aviation industry is required</li><li>Ability to work in a fast paced technology and required reporting to support the firm&#8217;s private aviation and other travel related activities (ground and hotel) Assist with departmental special projects</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><div>Primary Responsibilities: Logistical and operational support for the private aviation program including but not limited to:</div><ul><li>Support executive itineraries through research of appropriate accommodations and ground transportation<br />globally</li><li>Confirmation of hotel arrangements and coordination directly with hotel vendors to ensure VIP status, pre-key of rooms and all other requirements are met </li><li>Arrange all ground transportation to include initial scheduling validate all details are correct and other requirements are met</li><li>Reconciliation process of corporate meeting card and other expense related activities</li><li>Flight following in real time; flight schedulers are on call 24/7 Support Board of Director meetings &#8211; take place 4 times per year</li><li>Assist with ad-hoc passport and visa inquiries for key executives<br /><br /></li></ul> <div>&nbsp;</div>
