Ya mean to tell me no one thought of having a boat a couple hundred feet away from the barge landing platform to film another view, when they know all too well that the cameras on the barge itself usually cut out due to heat/vibrations/landing sequence of the central core?
Never tell me the odds!

Grand Nagus Zek!? Was there a transporter accident, or a holodeck malfunction?

Eh....TNG just hasn't aged well. It looks horrible. Paradoxically, the remastered TOS episodes look fantastic and are just as captivating as ever.

For some reason BBCA hates DS9 and just gives us reruns of Voyager. Yuk. They need to bury that in whatever hole Discovery winds up in.

That's just, like, your opinion, man.

I do love me some TOS. But I think most of TNG, with the exception of the first season, is still excellent. I recently rewatched the entire series, and I never thought it was dated. But watch some TOS. and as much as I love it, the acting, gender politics, etc. can feel very dated.

The season got better. Hopefully, the next season is even far better than the first.
It’s not Trek. No matter how good it may get.

Discovery made me like Seth McFarland....

Now sit quietly and contemplate the totality of that statement....
Discovery made me hate CBS.

Sorry but 99% of everything on CBS sucks (yes, even The Big Bang) and I refuse to join the service to sample Star Trek.
