To further clarify... you don't want to convert your final number (back) to NM. You have reached the end of your calculations.

The DP tells you that you need to climb 380 feet every NM. Your job is to determine what climb rate you must maintain, based on your GS, which will give you that 380ft/nm minimum. Based on your calculations, if you can maintain a climb rate of 494fpm at 80kts over the ground, you will climb at exactly 380ft every nm. If you speed up, your climb rate will need to increase.
