Just curious, ma-dukes flys for an airline and I’m trying to talk her into doing some contract work in the corporate and charter world.
Would a 121 flight attendant have any conflict of interest doing contract cabin attendant work on the 135/91 side? (In other words, not acting as flight crew)

What does ma dukes have in her employee handbook for outside employement?

If I was her, maybe CYA and ask her employer’s HR?

Check with employee handbook. If permitted it is likely to have two caveats:
  1. Not with any direct competitors, I.e. charters or fractional would be fine but a scheduled air carrier would not even if it was a 135.
  2. It’s your ass if your second job causes you to be unavailable for us when you’re scheduled.
