    I believe the posting is for a class of 5, which would be the largest AS new hire class ever!

    Expect to spend a minimum of 2 years at the regional after getting your license.

    And you may still need an internal reference. Just to be considered.

    And some form of advancement, like dispatch supervisor/training/coordinating experience.

    Any regular joe can get their license. It's all of the above that will get you a chance of an interview out of 300 applicants.

    Not necessarily. Majors won't interview someone with a PhD and 5 years experience but will interview someone with a GED and 10 months experience. It's really all a crapshoot, not a very logical process.

    Been working in 121 flight ops for almost 3 years...just don’t have the license
