| Yeeeeeeeehaw. Hard to see who's saying what through all that gunsmoke. Ya know.. I think when Doug Parker said that the way to revitalize the industry was to reduce seat capacity... watching his carrier fold was not how he envisioned it happening.

| The east guys have had a pretty hard road. However I think they are being ridiculously greedy when asking for DOH.

| Agent Smith | There are about ten or eleven videos in total. Pretty interesting watch if you've got some time to waste. Repeat after me folks: "Never Agree to Binding Arbitration".

| Old Skool | Say what you want about USAPA, but the -west pilots in that room sure didn't come across as very professional with all the name calling. EDIT: And Wheels, they are asking for years of service, not DOH. |

| Old Skool | I can agree with that. The heckling did get a bit old after the first 14 minutes. Although, if I were in those guys shoes. . .it'd prolly be pretty dang tough to hold it back. Not a big fan of seeing the shark of Lee Seham though. |

| It seems like pilots get real sensitive if someone messes with their seniority. Is it possible to merge two seniority lists together fairly without anyone getting screwed?

| Heck years of service would seem to me to be almost exactly like DOH, the same windfall for the east guys, because they've been around so much longer. My guess is the west doesn't have many 20 year guys, where as the east has 20 year FO's.How come they haven't considered something like a percentage sort, where as each 1% get slotted next to each other on a combined master list? That would make more sense (and in my mind be fair) to me.

I think they actually did something like that, but if an Eastie's at 10% on the list and he's been there 18 years, and a Westie's 10% equates to 8 years, the Easties would probably scream about that too.

| Old Skool | Years of service (as far as I understand it) is how long you have been an ACTIVE pilot. There are guys that have been an -east pilot for 12 years, but spent 8 of those on furlough, so they would be placed next to a 4 year -west pilot. |

| Senior Member | So I haven't been following this as close as I probably should be. One question, is USAir still represented by ALPA, and USAPA is trying to take over?

| There are a few videos of USAPA members talking about DOH not years of service. |
