Yeah. Did anyone get the jist that he ejected. He said he probably have to punch out which means eject i think?

This video, by the way, is used as a CRM tool in the USAF fighter community.

It shows, basically, how NOT to operate as a formation.

The pilot of the emergency jet did not intend to land insanely fast...he was task saturated handling the emergency and simply didn't check his airspeed.

Had the wingman spoken up with a "check airspeed" call on 10NM final or something similar, the situation could have ended with a relatively uneventful landing.
