Default Jet crashes into water, engines restart

Ok to start off look at this a.net picture

http://www.airliners.net/photo/Untit...led/0171522/L/

Same guy is flying the Citation in this video. The airport is off limits to jet aircraft, he was landing in a 10k tailwind, and the runway was about 2000ft. short of what he needed. After everyone gets out of the plane, the engines restart and spool up (5min into the video)

It doesn't stop there, the guys new jet is registered OY-WET.

What a character.

I think the cameraman's first four words says it all....

I think there was a low pass before this that wasn't caught on tape.

That was pretty intense. It must be great to own your own jet.

I don't know much about turbine engines but how did they just start by themselves?

I can't see the video, but I think I've seen it before, it's been posted before on jc. The airplane was foreign flown for some corporation. The pilot pulled the T handles to shut the engines but one of the T handles was bent on impact so he couldn't pull it all the way or something and the engine never actually shut off.
