 |  A320 Sim Got to fly in one of our companies Airbus A320 simulators. It's not joke when they say it's just like the game. The FD and ATHR make life SO much easier. In all, my Capt. friend set up a two hour block for me to fly in the sim, so I took my friend which works for B6 as well, he's at the same part of training as me (working towards our instrument). We did some pattern work at JFK using the ILS on RWY22. OVC004 ILS touch and go: The last part of the session was to see who could land on the center line and touchdown zone with 0 visibility. I ended up winning just barely, my friend landed three feet left of the center line, I landed right on the center line. With that, I won a free dinner and beer courtesy of him  .

| Re: A320 Sim Looks like fun. You are lucky to have a friend that is willing to let you do that. He must be one helluva man. Just remember, in the future, when you are a Capt. to reciprocate the favor to your protégés. |
