I have a feeling our concept of ''standardization'' isn't quite up to par with some other airlines. I could be wrong as I've only worked at this 1 airline. As an FO I've noticed some significant differences with the different CA's I've flown with. In my experience, the CA's who are pretty standard are easier to fly with then those who aren't (when flying with them for the first time).
