They had gotten brand spanking new AST's a few months ago only to find out that they were pieces of crap!!! So they returned them to get the Frascas. Delta State is a good school but you have to put up with a lot..... Only the Chief Flight Instructor and Assistant Chief Flight Instructors gets to give any multi instruction, you might get to fly the King Air 3 times a year, and you get 1 hour of incentive time for every ten hours of dual. So by the time you get about a thousand hours you should be able to get 50 hours of multi from incentive time if it doesn't go down for months and months like it seems to do at times. I think I can do better and be happier here.

I will divert the flight to some West African country, let's say Liberia, once there I will take him to the Blue Oyster bar and let the locals have some fun with him. After that I will sell him to some rich farmer to work his fields for the rest of his life.

But I just thought of a racisim story I heard at school--I am graduated now and getting out of the redneck state thank God:

He says to me:

Some girl in the class says, "You're not even pure American unless you are Native American."

Me, "No even Native Americans are....they actually migrated from Siberia."

Thats was and is the best way to handle situations like that. I wouldn't give someone the satisfaction by getting angry over some crap like that.

I agree. Even though I am just an instructor, I have heard all sorts of crazy talk. I've even had one person with the nerve to tell me that I am an uppity n***** trying to rise above my station in life. No sense in getting angry.

I'm largely a doofus when it comes to racism because I've had the luxury of not being exposed to much of it during my formative years or oblivious enough to not see it when it's staring me in the face.

But if you'd like to volunteer to make me a comprehensive, politically correct list of words that are deemed as racial epitaths, expletives or "ooh, I wouldn't say that to TonyW's face"-type terms, email them to me at doug@jetcareers.com and I'll load them onto the server...

Absolutly he posts a major threat on the aircraft.....what if other passengers decide they want to fight him because of what hes saying.....i mean not to overlook this too much, but a serious fight may occur, and at FL370, you dont want that......turn the damn plane around, if theres something wrong you dont go, its flying not driving......and if you wanna fly u gotta realize that its gonna be a pain in the a**
