Default Anyone here for the break?

More specifically, I was wondering if anyone here was not flying who I could possibly borrow a headset from... Mine has intermittent audio issues and has to be sent back to Lightspeed.

I asked Dispatch, but they do not have any of the four they usually have. They, too, are being sent back for repair. What a coincidence...

Thanks!

I have four spare headsets - too bad I'm not near you anymore.

If no one else near you has a spare to offer, I could overnight you one of them when I return to San Diego. They'd go out on Saturday and arrive on Monday. I can use my 75% off US Air discount for FedEx. It'd be about $8. If you can cram in some flight time and earn some needed money during spring break, the offer is open!

Haha, thanks a lot Jace, I'll be fine after Spring Break. The problem is now, when everyone is gone, I can't find anyone to lend me one. The mic still works fine, so I can communicate w/ ATC and my students. However, the audio is intermittently dim. I just have the cockpit speaker on with my headsets on and it does the job for now until I ship them out to Lightspeed. (great customer service by them, btw)

It's almost over.

Sorry to hear about your headset problems. It really sucks when the headset craps out on ya.

Borrowing the headset from dispatch when mine was out for repairs, that really made me appreciate my own headset.
