hhhmm, I searched but didn't see any mention in the UND forums also didn't see any records in the NTSB db. This was from a crash dated 10/03/07.

Yeah, it's a couple threads down on the first page. As far as I know, it wasn't any of us.

The accident was of a student who attempted to turn too late unto a taxiway and ran off into the grass. Refer to the thread "Alpha 2," in reference to the taxiway missed.

I am so curious who the student was... I figure they've got to be in 102. Hope they don't quit just cause they screwed up a little...

i actually wish i didn't know who the instructor was. the important thing is no one got hurt and hopefully we can all learn to stress "unable".......

Then what? There is no reason that we need to know who the said individual was. We dont have any business knowing. Out of respect and professionalism who the pilot was is none of our business.

I answered your question. Everybody is free to be curious. There is no need for you to police someone's desires.
I don't know who the individual is, nor do I really care, and am not even looking to find out. However, you asked "why?" My answer is: because humans are curious, it's as simple as that.
