Default Lowest altimeter setting

been hovering around 29.10 for the last 18 hours or so, looks like the bottom was 29.06 this morning

anyone ever seen a setting LOWER?

dang that is some low pressure

-Why is it when two planes almost hit each other it is called a near miss? Shouldn't it be called a near hit?

I want to say that I've seen a high 28.* It is pretty rediculous. I swear you can feel the decrease in engine performance, but that might have just been in my head.
