Is there much to discuss? It's alcohol and music... people will go.

I'm not going. I went to the one in 2005... the last "good springfest" but I didn't stick around. Not much to see nor do.

I checked out Springfest for a little bit last year but was utterly disappointed! I might just ride my bike around there in the hopes of seeing people though, although with this rain it might be unlikely.

Yeah, 05 was indeed the last "good" one. I was underage, so I didn't even get to enjoy not getting raped to drink.

Apparently either someone likes or hates the coke truck, that or thinks it's a garbage truck. I was driving down university on my way back to the warehouse to check out how many people actually went to springfest in the rain(which turned out to be a lot) and somebody chucked a beer bottle into the back of the damn truck! I can't help but think that if I had been going a little bit slower it would have been in the window, or on top of the cab, because you know it was a drunk person and drunk people can't throw for ####! haha

exactly. i dont understand the attraction to springfest. stand around in a park and drink? uhhhh id rather have a cold one on a day of my choosing, where i have plenty of space to spread out and leisurely enjoy my afternoon kicking a ball around, grilling, fishing, throwing disc, etc.

standing around in a mob of drunk people does not appeal to me
