I didn't want to incomplete my stage, we needed to do unusual attitudes and partial panel approach. I would love to have been done with the stage though.

What course and lesson was the stage check for?

It's been 2.5 weeks and counting for me! Still waiting to see the email that I've been assigned to a stage pilot for the 103.

That's because CFI students get priority haha. My instructor went and turned in one of his other students records today, and he said he got course cleared AND assigned a pilot all on the same day. That didn't happen for me though because i turned in my stuff around 4:30. So, hopefully Monday!!

why did you only log 1.9 of your 3.5 hr of actual that you flew today?
If you were acting as an instrument instructor you can log instrument time when in actual instrument conditions.

You're number 1 on the wait list now so I'd expect to get assigned soon.

Remember you've got unusual attitudes and partial panel on your stage 53 too. You wouldn't have been able to get those done with the wx yesterday.

because i was flying with another CFII and no real instruction was being done. when the time comes to get a 135 job, that extra 1.6 actual wont make or break me

I would have flown, but I was too busy finishing my 221/27 sim. Didn't even get assigned a pilot, after a week of waiting a lead called and asked if I wanted to do it. I love when that happens.

Forgot unusual attitude was part of the stage! About partial panel, guess I am under the hood all the time and never thought about the difference of doing it in IMC.
