I love it. Reminds me of being back on Martha's Vineyard. Fog almost every day.

Angelfuree, Venezuelana, and I, had a lovely stroll this evening in the fog. I kept on hoping there was something else beyond the fog, maybe a 24 hour cafe or something fun.

I was in desperate search for that beach beyond the fog but, alas, never found it.

im aware of that. im making the assumption that if runway vis is 1/16, twr vis is 1/8.... flight vis probably wont be 1/2

i think MSP/down there was foggy and ###### too.

i wanted to fly on saturday morning and sunday so much, but i just couldn't justify trying with 1/8sm vis. usually if they are reporting something on the ground it is about 1/2 that 300ft up. if it was vv001 and 1/2-1sm i would have gone up in a hearbeat!

I was talking about just getting up in some weather other than 700ovc that's only 200 feet thick. You have to either get way behind of template waiting for "good" weather, or get lucky. One benifit of part 61, my part 61 experiance at least. Oh well, I'll get in the crap sooner or later. Hopefully not later.
