WOW. That would probably be a fellow aviation student (assuming 100% of people who park there are aviation students). My bumper got hit in the lot accross the street from Gamble. No note left. Nothing. I hate dishonesty. If I were you I'd send an aviation student-wide email by hijacking the aviation list-serve and ask people nicely to own up to it with no questions asked.

I've always wanted to invent a special car security camera system that starts recording video and taking photos anytime anything touches it. ...........This way I can find the person and castrate them, no anesthesia.

I have picked up a lot of little random dents since i have been here too!! Sometimes, i think peoples' doors just come flying open in the parking lots because it is so windy here. The only way to avoid it is to go park in the back of the parking lots where nobody parks...but then it is a long walk in the cold to get inside

It's the wind I believe. That, and people as a whole are completely negligent and completely lack care for other people's property. Right before I move back home I'm having paintless dent removal. I got an estimate from a local shop and it was only $80. I got PDR in my old Honda and had about 3 medium sized door dings removed from it's life from 1982 through 1998... imagine that... only 3 dents. Probably because my parents were just as gung-ho about parking far away from other cars just as much as I am (they bought the car new). When I sold it in 2004, it still had no dents. That car was immaculate. Here she is.... I miss this car: ![]() ![]() 286,000 mile engine 1.8 L carb power!.....75HP Notice the huge R12 a/c compressor...still worked!![]() ![]() This was luxurious for 1983!

I'm still kinda pissed at a couple of my friends that thought it would be a good idea to pick up the back of my car and turn it 90 degrees in the driveway. Oh yeah, the parking pinion LOVES that! It's a damn good thing my rear sub-frame extends right to the very edge of the bumper. Someone would have recieved a broken arm from me if the bumper ripped off. Ignorant dumbasses! ![]() ![]() ![]()

When I bring my cougar up here, it sure as fark will never be parked anywhere remotely close to any other cars. Parking and door operation>a large percentage of Grand Forks local resident mind capacity apparently. One thing I find odd, is people will part right next to you if you leave 8 spots in between your car and the others. I've never understood that.

Plus it helped that it was garaged and waxed 4-6 times a year.Yeah can you imagine? 1.8 liters and only 75 HP / 84 ft-lbs torque. It got 32 city and 45 hwy. I was able to get 50 MPG on long highway trips.

| You do realize that today is Thursday, and that March 6th was Tuesday...right? I'm assuming that is what you meant to say.

Your current civic has 1.6 liters and makes what, 160hp? Amazing what an ECU and some timing adjustments can do.

| Erik's referring to the e-mail. I caught that mistake, too, making it harder for someone to admit they did something on the incorrect dates.
