Default Thanksgiving afterthoughts

So the break was refreshing!
Minneapolis warm weather, livley 1st Ave, traffic, midnight shopping after the dinner at Albertville outlets and a trip to the mall.
Various cusines, and all sorts of people (not cookie cutter gingerbread people) oh talking about that. Who here has watched The Gingerdead Man?

What's up Grand Forks? Got ghost?

I just took my brother back to the airport... we had a great Thanksgiving. We polished off 12 bottles of wine. Mostly pinot noirs, cabernets, merlots, a really good zin, and one chardonnay. Holy crap that's a lot of wine. My brother brought 6 bottles from CA from a recent wine tasting excursion and we thoroughly enjoyed them. The turkey turned out delicious and tender - I highly recommend the non-frozen turkeys from Wal-Mart folks Stuffing was awesome too, along with everything else we had. Then Saturday went to Sander's and I had escargot for the first time - anyone like snails?
