Anyone have any insider tips for the management sim. Our company is doing pretty good but the number one team knows something that all the rest of us don't know and is way ahead. I don't think anyone will catch them and the rest of the quarters seem pointless if you know you are going to loose. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

From the management team of an airline that placed last (granted we only had 4 teams): Use the spreadsheets EVERY quarter to analyze financial data for your decisions. This is where we failed. We sorta winged it and in the end we started making huge profits, but still not enough to beat the ranks of the other teams. Angel will be able to provide input...he was apart of California Coast Airlines too ![]() If anyone wants some ideas for advertisements and logos, click here for ours. Here's our route map ![]()

Thank you for the reply. Is there any particular thing your team did to increase your profits?

| We started paying attention to financial figures and slashing prices to steal business from other customers. The key is to manipulate prices as demand changes.
