US News and World Report overall ranks UT 47th, wheras UND is unranked and called a "third tier" school in their report.

Also yes his family line is originally east coast descent, however his great grand father was a steel businessman from Ohio and is currently buried there.
"Dub ya's" grandfather was a Senator from Connecticut.
