Default What is UND like

I applied to UND a few weeks ago for fall 02, and I wanted to hear what people who went there or are there have to say about it. It would be nice to make it easier to decide. I visited but you get a better veiw from somebody who attended.

UND is a great school, but you can't forget your thermal underwear . The aviation facilities are top notch as I'm sure you saw, but its more than likely you won't get into an aviation course your first semester. The only bad point that I have seen is being so far away from family and friends, and the lack of things to do in Grand Forks. But then again there is always Winnipeg, MB....its the party destination for most of the school and its the closest metropolitan area to Grand Forks.
