Default Golf Class

For whoever's interested in the future, I took the 1 credit golf class this semester. It was real short and cool. I'm a complete beginner so I really didn't get annoyed at the fact the class is pretty much teaching you how to have a proper swing, but many of the people who had played golf already got pretty pissed at having to stop like every five minutes to listen to the teacher explain stuff. All we did was go out to the driving range, practiced at the green for like two days, and putting for one day. Class began April 11th, met four times a week, and ended last Thursday, the 27th. Wasn't a bad class at all. Be advised there is a $35 fee for the class regardless whether you have clubs or not.

Nah you don't need clubs. If you have'em bring'em, otherwise you can borrow a set from them. It was the Ray Richards (wait, is it? It's the one on Demers)

Haha, luckily, even though the class is over already, I can still go this week and borrow some clubs for free.

Golf is so much fun, even if you don't know what you're doing. I miss golfing with my mom - we used to go every other weekend. I need to work on getting a new putter... I have a nice set of golf clubs but a crappy $10 Wilson putter! haha...and what's wierd is my puts are always nicer than my driving and chipping... must be the golfer in that case .

If I wasn't already gonna be pretty busy this summer, that course would be a damn good idea. Maybe they could un-###### up my slice.

Likewise, I've got a pretty nasty inconsistent slice that could use some work.

Oh, my slice is the only thing that is consistent in my game :-P. My first drive usually lands on the fairway though...unfortunately, its usually the fairway on a different hole.

Haha, can't you just keep your left arm straight? that's sometimes hard though when you putting a lot of power into your swing.

Bwahaha! Sounds about like me. I love the weird looks I get when I walk onto a different fareway and hit the ball off of it back onto mine. lol!

Honestly I just play golf to mess with the golf carts. No surprise there I bet.
