Did anybody else do a demo flight this weekend? I just got back from flying the TwinStar and I've got to say it was sweet! Nice control feel, good single engine performance, easy to fly, and talk about great visibility! Anybody else demo the TwinStar?

I went in the Cirrus SR22 with my brother. He came up from San Diego for my birthday! He likes Grand Forks so much that he wants to make it his lifelong goal to move here and start a life/career here. How lovely (that's not sarcasm, I swear). Haha, but seriously it was great fun - Cirrus was very nice. Loved the wireless remote (not infrared) for the satellite radio... but the BOSE (Buy Other Sound Equipment) left me disappointed hehe.

yah I went today, yet I had to ride in back. But it was fun to just ride along and actually have time to look outside. Not sure if i'd like the stick in between my legs the whole time. Thats why i like the Cirrus. Nice leg room. Chris

I went on the cirrus demo ride. It was a sweet airplane. I dont think it would make a good trainer though. WAY to easy to fly. Seriously, no skill is required at all to fly that thing what so ever. Compaired to the pipers at least. Im just talking stick and rudder skills though. The avionics seemed plenty complicated. I was just in awe at everything. I couldn't take it all in at once. Jason, happy birthday in 17 minutes.
