are you moved up here or just visiting for the weekend?

Aint nothing like a Piper...What type of Piper? My favorite is the Warrior. Nice airplane. Best of luck with your flying endeavors.

Sweeet, flew good old Sioux 70 last night for my night cross country! 73 has nice leather seats though.

I usually fly a PA-38 Tomohawk, so small if I bring aboard my logbook Ill have to do a weight and balance sheet but very fun to fly. I got a lesson today at 1pm here at KHND in the Tomohawk. Its pretty gusty today so Ill get to see how it handles in wind. I prefer flying the Piper over the Cessna

Aaaah, the Traumahawk. My dad used to take me up in that thing every weekend. Pretty fun airplane!

I dont know what it is, but I like the low wing airplanes better than high wing. I might be one of the few. It is nice to see a little more on the ground in a high wing though. There's something about a low wing that just feels right to me.

Have you guys seen the new interiors they're putting in with the tan an grean(or blue or marroon depending on the plane) leather? I cant decide if I like it or hate it. It is better than the black however.

I feel like I should be wearing a fur coat with hoes in the back with the black interiors. Which isn't entirely a bad feeling

They used to have interiors with the polka dots, I think I saw them two summers ago.

Yuck! I bet that looked like someone just vomited everywhere in there. Or maybe what you thought was polka dots was in fact puke.

Flew in the warrior, at first I was in one of the new ones, but the MFD did not work so they moved me into an older one. I was a little disappointed. I was just out for the weekend to register for classes. I am in Physics, Aviat 221, 222, Intro to ATC, and Aviation Orientation. Can't wait for next fall!
