Another flood, yes. Another flood like 97(whenever that was), no. I think it has to get to 60 feet to bust the dikes right now. Its predicted to peak at 47, so by then you'll only be able to get to east grand forks on gateway. The flood gates everywhere else will be closed. I think...

zzzzzzzzz looked like that last year too. big deal. hell id be glad if this place was permanently wiped off the map. maybe theyd relocate the JDOSAS to the hawaii campus? one can only dream. |
