Sounds like you have it all figured out. Where is this place located at just out of curiosity? I have been freelancing out of a few airports down here for the past 60 hours since when I left in May. I got my tailwheel and Im now teaching tailwheel and light sport. I just recently got hired at a good sized 141 program down here for St. Louis University.
