"I wrote a complaint to the North Dakota Department of Health Air Quality Division and EPA last October. That day it got so bad that I literally threw up. As a result of my letter, the very next day they worked with Simplot to test their sulfur dioxide emissions. They found that they violated the sulfur dioxide emissions limitations and found a faulty release gate which regulated the potato sludge burn oven. Simplot quickly fixed it and if you remember that time (around mid October) you would have noticed a reduction in the horrible smell of Simplot.

Only a couple weeks later NDDH mailed me a large packet full of several documents showing the test results and e-mail correspondence between them and Simplot. Simplot was "concerned" about the complaint and apologized in an e-mail correspondence. If anyone wants to see the testing documents and correspondence that they sent me, I'll be glad to show you. It's about 40 pages worth. I was impressed with the response by the NDDH...

Simplot has had many complaints and made many violations in the past - they have several locations throughout the country, so their presence is well known. Just google "Simplot EPA violations" and you'll see some interesting results!"

LOL! This guy is hilarious! Mr. Siti, I was just stating that the tires that I have on my car can't handle the snow because of the characteristics of a z-rated tire (they usually aren't good in snow). It's not like it's some "premium" tire I should feel posh about. I think they're about $70 bucks a piece? So about the same as any other tire? Yes sir, I agree wholeheartedly that a Civic is nothing more than a POS front-wheel-drive Japanese ecomony car. Yes I know how much it sucks - it's completely stock. I wish I could have a real car like a BMW M3 or Toyota Supra.
