Default I\'m just done....No chance....

I was hoping I could finish 323 this summer...but there's no way that's gonna happen. I have to make up 13 hours by Friday's end. No flying for me tomorrow. Thunderstorms are gonna be around. Stage check on Thursday. No solo x-country allowed if doubling up. Leaves me w/ Friday.

Two tests tomorrow. Two finals on Thursday.
What a waste of money and time it was to have came here in the summer.

Does flight ops shut down from the 5th to the start of the fall semester or something? Couldnt you finish your 96 hours done then? Or will they make you retake the ground school classes in the fall if you're not done flying by Friday?

They would make me retake the ground school. I just did a flight tonight. 3.8 hours. I'm gonna see how much I have left so I could try and make up the rest on Friday. I hope they'll let me do like 9 hours on Friday...or else...I'll be damned.

Well I dont know about 9 hours of flying in a day, but good luck bud. I recall from the first summer session that Trapnell gave us until noon on the following Monday to get the flying done. But you have Zeidlik huh?

Yeah, better to just do it on another day than risking screwing crap up and paying more money at least for your stage, which is your commercial one right? VFR manuvers would indeed suck. I remember I did my stage 20 during the mamximum winds UND would allow for dual flight. (25 knots I think). That was a pretty bad idea. I passed, but my power off landings were terrible. Took me two tries to get it.

Good luck whenever you do this. And yeah, you're a sissy!

OMG!

I didn't know they closed the airport at 4:30 today...
I didn't get my time in. I just got 1.6 today, but will do .8 Monday morning. I spoke to the course manager, and he said I could do that on Monday, and that he would arrange stuff w/ my ground instructor. Talk about craaaaaaaazy!

Holy crap dude! I would probably flip [censored] and most likely kill someone if I had to retake ground school for friggen .8 hours. Most likely I'd probably just be leaving that school the second they told me I had to retake the class instead of killing someone. That would be serious B.S. that I would not put up with.
