Default Financial

Hey everyone, I just recieved my acceptance to UND and really need to get on my housing. I read the post before this and too, thank all of you for your input; it will be of much help in deciding which one to pick.
My question to you all is how are you paying for college. I am not counting on any money from my parents and I would love to come to UND but the financial issue is the one things holding me back. I currently am holding a 3.94 GPA and hope to graduate a salutorian if not validvictorian (spelling). Anyway, I am really hoping for scholarships. Do you all know of any or of any other way of paying for college besides the FAFSA.
Also, has any one triple majored up there before. I am considering a degree in aviation management, to fall back on, ATC, to fall back on, and a degree in journalism to fall back on. All of these seem like fairly simple majors. What are you all's opinion.
Finally, I read the last post about coming in the summer. I didn't know that it was quite that beneficial. When is the latest you can come up and still get in the program. I will have already gotten my PPL and have a few more hours racked up on top of that. If I did that, would I be able to get a job and do school work, and fly all at the same time? I guess what I am saying is that I don't have a job at the moment and am relying on the money I get during the summer to live on. Will I be able to find a job in the summer up there to make enough to live off of for the school year?
Thanks in advance for all the help. It is really crazy trying to choose a college. I would really like to go to UND but I am being forced to look into different colleges because of the fear that UND may not offer me enough in grants and scholarships to go there. Any advice is welcome.
Thanks again.
Adam

I'm sure it's been done. I would never recomend it though. Remember that your coming to college not only for an education, but also for a life experience. With a triple major I can guarentee you that your not gonna have any kind of social life. It may sound like a good idea now but I can assure you with a fair amount of certainty that you will be hating life after about the first semester of your frosh year.

On the other hand it sounds like you've got your ducks in row acedemically. I know a lot of people that have done the ATC/Commercial Avit. double major, so it's definetely doable. If I were you that's what I would look into. Just my two cents though. Good luck with everything.

I know a few people that are tripple majoring in Commercial Aviation, Aviation Management and Air Traffic Control. It's possible, but it's a lot of work and don't expect to finish college in 4 years!

With your GPA, you shouldn't have any problems getting financial aid. Start applying for scholarships now. http://www.fastweb.com is a great site for scholarships. Good Luck
