Hey everyone, you may have seen my post from earlier. I am looking forward to coming up to Grand Forks to see the campus and get an idea of what classes and all that is like. I will be visiting in a couple of weeks. Are there any areas I really should see, or things I should ask about? Thanks Keep on flying, Adam |

Take the tour with a UND tour guide and then get the scoop from students that have been going here for a few years.

You could go to Green Mill....oh wait, that building was torched like a burnt pizza the other night. You wouldn't belive how cool watching that building burn. But part of me was sad to see it burn, it was one of my favorite restaurant for cheap appetizers. Back on topic, just ask students what they think and you will find mostly negative answers. But I will say this, UND a means to end, and does a good job at it. It has proven to be a successful at getting its graduates a degree and sometimes a job. |

I have heard mostly positive things about UND. I'm from Ohio and there have been 2 people from my hometown who have graduated from UND and they say that it's the best place for a person interested in aviation to go too. Everyone tells me the people are nice and all get along. I'm really considering transferring to UND for the Spring Semester and have already visited and my parents think it's probably the best. I'm using this website as a cross-reference on to whether go to UND or not, I'm along with teenpilot and would like to hear from others.

[/ QUOTE ] Well, with me moving 2,000 miles from San Diego, CA to Grand Forks to go to UND...just that right there says you can't go wrong choosing UND. I love this place and made the right choice, even though I never even visited the place prior to moving. The only thing I don't look forward to is the friggin cold weather! |
