This is one heck of a deal guys, I'm currently staying in this house and am absolutely loving the fact that I get to pocket all of the excess per diem. On top of that Tony and Sally are great landlords and are willing to help out with just about anything. Your just 15 minutes from downtown and 5 minutes from all your major shopping and retail needs. I highly recommend booking now while these rooms are still available, because if you go somewhere else you will be paying at least twice as much.

This place is great! Everything you could possibly need is right at your fingertips and it's a nice 15-20 minute drive to MMAC. I'm saving so much $$ compared to most of my classmates who are paying almost $50/day to stay in an itty bitty run-down apartment in a not-so-nice part of town. I say stay here and pocket the extra per diem |

I see your ad every day in the lunch line. Request permission to draw a small stick figure family in the front yard.

This is currently where I am staying and it is well worth it. All the excess per diem goes right in your pocket. You don't have to worry about the good and bad parts of town and the drive isn't that bad either.

Ok, guys, I just moved in today. I do not understand why she had space available. Really. She furnishes everything other than food. The commute is a breeze. It's quiet, nicely located, peaceful, and really nice. And cheap. I'm going to save massive amounts of money compared to people spending their whole per diem. Why people seem to object to saving several hundred dollars a month is beyond me. And I get to choose what I eat. Really, people. Contact her, find out when her next opening is, and move here. Trust me.

I have one room available after November 1st. It is here in my house. We have a large bedroom and bath available. The room has its own entrance to our home so if you are coming in late or leaving early you won't disturb us. Anyway, the rate is $18/day. You will have use of our kitchen as well as a mini fridge and microwave in your room. This room includes a queen size bed, tv with cable and wireless net. We have a 1 year old and 3 year old and they both love to talk with the students in our home. If you hate kids, we are not for you. If interested, please shoot me an email at TSBommarito@yahoo.com Thanks, Sally |

In my world, paying $2400 a month for room and a fridge full of frozen food in OKC is highway robbery. No offense, but I think I know better than K Bahavar how to spend my leftover $1900 after paying fair OKC area rents! So the first thing I did when I got my Academy date was pull up good 'ole Craig's list and that's where I found the room to rent at Sally and Tony's place. Lemme tell ya, it made my OKC experience. With my own entrance I had the privacy I needed plus it was great to come home to a relaxing family ranch setting. I loved the hikes in the woods, the horses and Sal's organic veggie patch. Also, it's been 3 months and I'm STILL livin' off the fat of all that saved per diem. (We're talkin almost 10 Gees by the end of the enroute 4 month stay on top of your $1400 a month salary) Sally and Tony were truly a pleasure to stay with and they are now my personal friends. If their place was out here by ZLA i'd be payin' them rent forever .

This is an excellent place to stay. It is very affordable (pocket the extra per diem) and Tony and Sally are great landlords. Better than throwing away all of your per diem everyday staying at Isola Bella or another place like it.

Said it before and I'll say it again. Anyone who does not stay here is, quite simply, missing out. You save massive amounts of money (most of which I blew, admittedly), Sally and Tony are fantastic, nice neighborhood to be in, all around excellent experience. Why would you pay nearly two thousand dollars more a month to stay somewhere else? Are you -really- going to spend 2000 dollars in food? Do yourself a favor. Talk to Sally before the rooms vanish.
