Question about Navy Lodging- Mayport

    I'm having some issues with the Lodge in Mayport charging my credit card for a room that I checked into and then checked out of 20 minutes later because of no warm/hot water. The manager is claiming I left at 0300 even though I checked into the Days Inn down the road at 2045. The problem is the manager at the location and I have no idea who to contact above her and she won't give me a name for obvious reasons.
