    Soooo...It's a scheduled fractional?

EDIT: I spoke too soon. 135, but with "scheduled" destinations. I don't see how they think that'll work, or to eventually move to 121 without dealing with the TSA. But hey, more power to them.

I also wonder why they would use a Caravan vs. a Pilatus.

There's a company is STL - Air Choice One, that does this with 208's. Seaport in the NW and AR area does this with pc-12 and 208's. So it's not entirely new. Neither involves TSA and I think they're both scheduled 135.

I think it's a great idea.... but I think they rely on EAS routes a lot to make it work.

Air Choice One uses the B or C gates at STL. Not sure how they avoid the TSA if you're correct. They do fuel at the FBO though.

    Doesn't SEATAC do that?

I predict it will be another cool concept crushed by the realities of the aviation industry.

Ah, I've never seen air choice one, but assumed they ran it much like Seaport, who does not use the traditional gates and bypasses TSA.

Their website says they are launching on the west coast. I wonder why the radical change in regions?

Investors and FBO availability most likely.

I would think this thing would be better on the east coast where the population density is much higher. Lots of big cities within an hour by air. No quite as much out here.
