Was there a written exam for the interview? I have heard in the past they have given 50 question tests.

Got a call today. Pretty generic...asked all the usual stuff - last time I've flown?/1st class med?/radio license?/passport?/whether I'd ever failed a checkride...pretty generic, they said they are working out the interview dates. Asked me if I had anything to ask about the company. Said he would invite me when they had something lined out. Pretty simple, really...nice guy

They are hiring like crazy. Running two classes at the same time. Just opened a JFK base, starting a bunch of flying out of miami in march. So its attrition and growth. The gouge on a couple websites is spot on.

They called and invited at the same time. However, they did say they will not have any more interviews until the new year.

Just curious for those who are getting called, have they said what aircraft they are hiring into?

Pinnacle wont be hiring for saab. I'm sure you know, but just to remind you; Pinnacle is the jet side and Mesaba will be the prop side. So for now "Colgan" is interviewing like crazy to fill up a ton of classes the first part of the year.

Question for those getting the interview invite: I am aware of the posted minimums but what kind of flight time do most of you guys have?

The last interview was a class of 12. Everyone was 3000+;It was a mixture of military/ corporate/121 jet guys and gals, then a couple freight dawgs and flight instructors sprinkled in.
