Phone Interview

    What can one usually expect on a phone interview? I have an interview on Friday, and have never done a phone interview. Usually an HR interview? Or is it a mix of technical and HR?

    Doh! Sorry I didnt get a hold of you. He said he would call back mid week next week. Overall I think it went ok. There were some questions I had never had, so I gave him my honest answers.

    Thanks! It was in fact mostly HR. The one question that is hardest to answer is about having a Captain that is breaking operating procedures.
