Paralyzed Vocal Cord and first class medical

    Just found out I have a Paralyzed vocal cord and the ENT is recommending bulk injections to treat it.

    How will this effect my first class medical (i will inform the faa civil air surgeon of the procedure) as well as my future first class medicals.
