    I want to say congrats to the following people for completing the MEI rating, it was a lot of fun. You guys earned it:
    Dev Tugnait - MEI, CFI
    Erik Torrez - MEI
    Jacky Wong - MEI, CFI

    I also want to congradulate Nathan Smith for his Private Multi Engine. Good work!
