I've always been a big epaulet sweater fan. Sure its a little more casual than the blazer look, but its still looks sharp, while keeping you nice and warm

Creepers, I dont check into this site for a few days and come back to find 6 pages on sweater etiquette and fashion preferences....

In the words of my wife "you guys need to go shoot a gun or something".

and when the sweater gets wet during preflight, it'll hang down to your knees and the sleeves will stretttttch past your hands. enjoy.

I find that sweater looks very RAFish. "Go warm up the ol' Spit, left-tenet. A flight of Jerry are headed for the cliffs."

    Bollocks.

An RAF pilot would never be caught dead flying a military aeroplane in a sweater. Service dress, ol' china. Style.

If it was up to me, pilots would get disciplined for showing up to work in anything other than a clean pressed shirt, pressed pants, matching socks, lace-up dress shoes, clean tie, blazer, and hat. Just be glad I'm not likely to ever be a chief pilot anywhere. It would be hell on earth for all of you sweater and leather jacket types. :)

Just for your insolence, I'm going to grow my goatee back and parade through ATL in my leather jacket and conspicuous lack of a hat!

I'm a uniform rebel. I do wear the sweater cause I'm always freakin cold! And the Dash office is like a damn meat locker at 20. I had my cold tolerance ruined by living in AZ...I also NEVER wear the blazer, refuse to wear the very manly company issued raincoat and the hat..well..*ahem*...It's a Dash man..not a 747....
