    ATP is seeking an experienced, self-motivated International Admissions Coordinator to grow its international flight training student enrollments and develop relationships with international airlines. Well-qualified candidates will have some experience with TSA and SEVIS processes and procedures in the flight school admissions environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, and bilingual abilities are a plus. The International Admissions Coordinator will work primarily from ATP's Daytona Beach Training Center, and occasionally from ATP's Jacksonville Beach Headquarters.

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in a business or aviation discipline, or equivalent pertinent work experience
    • Cultural awareness and experience interacting with a diversified clientele
    • Fully bilingual; Fluent in a language other than English.
    • Previous Sales Experience
    • Previous International Student Admissions Experience
    • Licensed Pilots preferred
    Responsibilities
    • Meet ATP's strategic goals of doubling international student enrollment
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategy for international students
    • Ensure enrollment growth by providing excellent customer service and recruiting prospective students into one of ATP's International Professional Pilot Programs.
    Pay & Benefits
    • Starting base salary $50,000/year, negotiable depending on experience
    • Commission of up to $50,000/year

    I think I may go talk to them about consulting only, since I actually work overseas, and see what they say. Couldn't hurt, right? Show my face in the office a few times while I am home, and work while I'm sitting around at work...hmmm, if only it wasn't so hard for Russians to get to the US...
