I may be asking for a pony here, but if there's a way to do this I'd like to know how.

My typical JC-user-experience is to log in and click the "New Posts" link, so I get a roll-up of everything new since the last time I was here.

What I'd like to be able to do is hide/filter/ignore specific subforums. So, for example, if I didn't want to see any content from Family Life, or The Lav, I'd be able to set that in my profile.

I asked a similar question in 2013 and @Derg indicated that it might be possible but there wasn't any follow-up. I'm just wondering, a few years later, if such a thing would be relatively easy to enable for a user?

    Thanks in advance.
