    This thread is a donation thread for the Hill family.

    Donation amount is entirely up to you. We will be collecting names and addresses so the Hill family will know who these donations came from even though we will be sending them one check in the total amount.

    If there's a special message you'd like to convey (other than the main memorial thread), feel free to put it in this thread or send it to us via email at donate_bdhill1979@jetcareers.com and we'll make sure it's included with the donation list.

    If you have any photos of M&G's or other times when you've met Ben, Please email them to me at kristie@jetcareers.com....I'm going to be grabbing the NJC 2007 photos and sending them with the donation.

    I'm thinking we will leave the donation open for the next 2 weeks and then either deposit into the Wells Fargo Fund that the family has set up or send it specifically to the family via Fedex. Either way, they'll still get the list and anything else we collect.

    We think a christmas donation would also be a very kind gesture. We will let you all do that on your own and will post a thread with the address to send gifts and cards when we get closer to the holidays.

    below is the paypal button if you want to donate by paypal. You can also send a check if you prefer to go that route... keep in mind that snail mail can take up to 3 days and again, we will be putting everything together after 2 weeks.

    Nicola (that you all just met) is really hurt by this too. Her best friend just passed away this week, that's why she decided to come out to Vegas. Hearing about it when we got in to TPA this morning was really hard on her after meeting all of you!

    I think a group donation is a great idea. With as much time as Ben spent on here, Ginny had to know about JC, and I think it would be a meaningful gesture.

    I would recommend people mail in a check or money order instead of using PayPal though, if only to avoid the fees PayPal will deduct. I'd much rather see it all go to Ben's family.

    as far as i'm seeing...paypal isn't deducting any fees. I think it's because i'm using a donation button and not a "buy me" button.

    i have NO idea why that happened as it too didn't work for me...but with just trying to edit and resubmit the post, it's working again...weird...please let me know if the button stops working again
