    I went to the website directly...no wonder he said dont let the mins scare ya away...seems like they are looking for someone who's been doing that job for at least five years. Doesn't seem to be "entry-level" friendly thats for sure.

    The job must suck because this has been the third time it has been open in the last three years. I would love to come back and fill the position, but I doubt I would even have their desperate minimums.
