Does anyone know if Arizona State's flight program is ch.33 approved yet??

Last I heard was that since Mesa Pilot Development was the contracted flight school, ASU could not technically allow vets in the program under the ch.33 benefits.

When was this? I was there in April and spoke to guys at Pat Tillman Veterans Center about it. I have a friend who is doing it via GI Bill. I confirmed this with him as well. My options were either ERAU or ASU and actually a student during my ERAU visit recommended that I go to a state school since flight costs related to a bachelor's program are covered. That is what guys at the Vet Center in Tempe told me. Flight Training is via a contracted school but flight costs are related to the ASU program. The only thing is that out of state tuition is plenty for one year at about 23K.

Yes, Arizona State does accept the GI Bill. Our flight training is now done by ATP here at the Polytechnic Campus/ Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (KIWA)
