It will go to Exec bonuses due to the money they made the company by basically asking for tips...the crews would never see it.

I was incredibly pissed when BA told me I could have the laptop, or the chart case, but not both. Really?

And BA is one of the more lenient ones to fly on in Europe.

"Who is hot? Raise your hand!"

"Now with that hand, reach up and twist the gasper on."

"Who is still hot, raise your hand!"

"With the other hand, reach in your wallet or purse and grab a $5. Hand that forward to the purser and if there's enough, we'll crank that pack!"

They might complain about how "small" the jet is. Actually they do complain about how small the jet is.

They'll never complain about it being hot on the ground...not when I'm in front. No PCA (inoperative unit or inoperative rampers)? Okay. APU's running. (I mean, we have to keep the display units and such cool on the ground anyway—might as well cool the people too.)

One day I was waiting to get on my commute in SLC. As the plane pulled up, somebody exclaimed, "UGH! I can't believe it! One of those SMALL PLANES again!"

    It was a 757.
