Executive AirShare is currently seeking qualified candidates for its Aircraft Scheduling staff in Kansas City, MO. The position is detailed as follows:

Position: Aircraft Scheduler
Location: Kansas City, MO
Schedule: Full-time, some weekends and on-call required
Pay: Commensurate with experience

• Quote fractional aircraft owner trip requests
• Create and maintain optimized aircraft schedule
• Create and maintain optimized crew schedule
• Reduce operating costs while maintaining high service levels
• Advanced planning for aircraft and flight crew, including aircraft schedule demand, crew training, and hotel/logistics coordination
• Accurately maintain trip and customer histories
• Comply with FAA regulatory and Company policies
• Provide executive level customer service to internal and external customers
• Night and weekend on-call is required and should be expected

Desired Skills & Experience

• Attention to detail and accuracy is essential and required
• Requires a minimum 4-year college degree (Aviation degree preferred)
• Prior business/executive aircraft scheduling experience is required (3 years experience is preferred)
• Aircraft scheduling software experience is required (FOS knowledge and experience preferred)
• Knowledge and understanding of FAA Part 135, 91 and 91k regulations required
• Ability to function in a very busy environment with distractions is necessary
• High energy levels are needed for this fast-paced job
